Machin Wales XW33 6½p Cylinder 1 Dot
Printed by Harrison & Sons from chemically etched cylinders on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP) with Polyvinyl Alcohol with added Dextrin gum (PVAD).
Greenish-blue, issued 14th January 1976.
(Please note that we cannot reproduce the “greenish-blue” on our scanner: it looks very blue!)
One 4 mm central phosphor band.
Cylinder block of eight. Cylinder number 1 Dot, Phosphor 18 (sideways). The “dot” appears before the ink cylinder number.
There is a minor constant flaw at 20/2 – small speck under the Queen’s necklace.
Perforation type R.
