Payment by PayPal is preferred.
Cheques are accepted by prior arrangement, although we reserve the right to withhold the despatch of goods until the cheque clears through the banking system.
There is no VAT element in any of our prices.
Please allow up to 7 days before chasing us for non-delivery. We always obtain a “Certificate of Posting” and will forward this by email to acknowledge despatch of your purchases.
Any discount offered is not retrospective.

A “NO QUIBBLE” guarantee is offered on all stamp products. However, items must be received back safely by ourselves within seven days of initial receipt by the Buyer – return postage also being the Buyer’s responsibility. We will reimburse return postage costs if stamp(s) are faulty or damaged, or if the wrong stamps have been despatched.
Our telephones are generally over fifty years old but we still offer a twelve month “repair only” guarantee. This means that we will repair the telephone if a fault occurs, but would not offer a replacement. It is the Buyers responsibility to send the faulty telephone back, but we would meet the return cost of the repaired machine.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that, before purchasing any telephone from our web-site, they check that their telephone line accepts PULSE DIALLING. The telephone will still ring and accept incoming calls, but will not be able to dial-out if the Buyer’s line is TONE DIALLING only. BT lines are generally pulse dialling, but contact us if you need further information.
It’s important that returned items are in their original condition and sent back in original packing wherever possible. Any damage in transit will be at your risk so please pack very well.
