Machin Wales XW41 10½p Cylinder 3 No Dot
Colour steel-blue, issued on the 18th January 1978.
Two 9.5mm phosphor bands.
Printed by Harrison & Sons from chemically etched cylinders on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP). Also with Polyvinyl Alcohol with added Dextrin gum (PVAD).
Cylinder block of eight. Ink cylinder number 3 no dot, and phosphor cylinder number 30 (sideways and the “3” is difficult to see).
Perforation type RE.
Specialised Vol 4 Part 2 catalogue number XW41.
