Booklet PM20. Concise catalogue (2016) number 2915a  valued at £12.00 for normal booklet.

Specialised catalogue number WP2186 (??).

The Machin stamps are source coded MCIL (Custom booklets).

You are buying one PLAIN Booklet.

RIGHT-HAND MINI-SKIRT STAMP IS MARKEDLY LIGHTER THAN THE NORMAL ONE.

We had a sealed pack of 50 of these booklets purchased from the Philatelic Bureau (Philatelic Bureau No. PM20). Twenty of the booklets were of a lighter shade on the right-hand image. Unfortunately, there were no cylinder number versions, so it is not known whether a colour is missing or if it is a ‘dry print’.

Unmounted mint and also in pristine condition.

Booklet PM20 Machin Plain Mini-skirt Error. Not numbered in Gibbon’s catalogues.

INFORMATION SOURCES:

First of all, stamps will be well packaged and sent by Royal Mail. Therefore please see our Shop menu for postal options.   Postage   We only charge postage for the first item in most cases. Thus any further items purchased would not increase the final postal charges. Furthermore we do not charge you for envelopes and packaging.

Recorded Delivery or Registered Post is available if required. Compensation for loss or damage can be claimed if this option is taken.

We mention Stanley Gibbons catalogue numbers where it is possible. These numbers are either from the “Concise Stamp Catalogue” or from the “Specialised Stamp Catalogue Volume 4 Part 1”. We will try to mention any other numbering that we may use if not covered by the above. Sometimes particular stamps,  booklets,  or cylinder blocks are not recognized anywhere. Hence, in this case, we would use our own expertise to describe and value that  item.

In conclusion, all of our stamps are unmounted mint and in an excellent condition. We will mention any variation to this statement.

Please let us know if we have made a mistake with this description.
