The contents are 4 x Wales 2nd class (the Wales catalogue number is W83a) with one phosphor band at the right. There are also 4 x 1st class Millennium stamps (with a catalogue number of 2124d), with two phosphor bands. The paper is non-fluorescent coated paper. This issue is also printed by Walsall Security Printers Ltd. All of the perforations are 14.
