Issued 15th February 2000 – “Special by Design” a tribute to the Stamp Show 2000.
From Prestige Booklet DX24, pane number 4.
Booklet Pane contains 6 x 1st class “Machin Penny Black Anniversary stamps with a perforation of 14. There are also two phosphor bands on each stamp.

Hence, in this case, we would use our own expertise to describe and value that item.
