Printed by Harrison & Sons Limited in Photogravure on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP). The gum is PolyVinyl Alcohol Dextrin (PVAD).
Issued 4th September 1984. One phosphor side band at left.
There are several sources for this 13p issue, but this particular example is found on Prestige Panes UEP18 and UIP20. The U219 is found 0n the second and fourth panes of the “Christian Heritage” Prestige Booklet DX5.
