Printed in Lithography by Questa Colour Security Printers, Limited. Also with non-fluorescent coated paper (NFCP) and PVA gum. There are two phosphor bands with blue fluor. There are also two ‘Roulettes’ across the top corners of the pane.
The number of the Philatelic Bureau is not known.
Gibbons QEII Specialialised Volume 4 Part 2 catalogue number UQB9Ba with one First Class stamp UQ10a. This stamp has long wave phosphor.
