This booklet was produced to see if other Royal Mail products could be advertised within the stamp booklet.

The Royal Mail Philatelic Bureau Stock Number is UB255.

Inside cover showing the Smiler’s advertisment with a baby. It also has the Smiler’s ‘Hello’ stamp, number 2262.

Issued 27th January 2005* and being printed by Walsall Security Printers.

The Walsall imprint is 29mm instead of the normal 35mm.

Plain Booklet with self-adhesive gum.

Concise (2017) catalogue number of the pane is MB4a. There are 6 x 1st class gold stamps no. 2295. These stamps also have two phosphor bands.

Specialised catalogue number of pane is UJPW10 containing 6 x UJW6.

* Gibbon’s catalogues state that the issue date is 27th January 2005. However, the Philatelic Bureau’s ‘Stocklist’ shows that UB255 was not issued until 22nd March 2005!

Sometimes particular stamps, Smilers sheets, booklets, miniature sheets, or cylinder blocks are not recognized anywhere. Hence, in this case, we would use our own expertise to describe and value that particular item.

In conclusion, all of our stamps are unmounted mint and in an excellent condition. We will mention any variation to this statement.
