Issued 27th April 2000, and printed by Questa Security Printers.

Booklet FW12. Concise (2019) catalogue number of pane:  not listed.

The booklet is coloured in scarlet, lemon, deep blue, and green.

Specialised catalogue Vol 4 Part 2 pane number UIPQ20 containing 2 x UQA11, and 6 x UQB14.

The stamps also have two phosphor bands excepting the 2nd, which has one central band.

The two 1st class stamps in row 2 have the following  SHORT BANDS:  a) Short bands at the top b) Very short single centre band, also at the top.

Booklet without cylinder numbers, containing 2 x 2nd Class and 6 x 1st Class stamps.

The pane perforation is type IPT.

Unmounted mint and in pristine condition.

You are buying ONE plain booklet with short phosphor bands on the top pair of First Cass stamp.
