Pale ultramarine, printed on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP). The gum is poly-vinyl alcohol (PVA) gum. Also there are two 9.5mm phosphor bands.

Concise (2017) catalogue number X855.
Unmounted mint and in pristine condition. This is the “pale ultramarine” issue.
