Machin U190 Cylinder 2 Dot Phosphor 20 10p.

The colour is Orange-brown.

Printed by Harrison & Sons on Fluorescent Coated Paper (FCP).

The gum is Polyvinyl Alcohol Dextrin (PVAD). The perforation being type RE. The value is also Type I.

Issued 4th February 1980. The number of the Cylinder is 2 Dot Phosphor 20. (These are in a block of six). There is also one central 4mm phosphor band.

Gibbon’s GB Specialised Catalogue Volume 4, Part 1 number is U190.

The Stanley Gibbon’s Concise catalogue number is not listed.
