Issued 2nd March 1977. There are four different stamps in this issue.

This issue commemorates the Centenary of the Royal Institute of Chemistry, and is also devoted to British Nobel Prize winners in the Chemistry field.
The perforations are 15 x 14.
“All Over” Phosphor.
The four different stamps depicted are:
a) 8½p – Steriods – Conforational Analysis
b) 10p – Vitamin C – Synthesis
c) 11p – Starch – Chromatography
d) 13p – Salt – Crystallography
The Stanley Gibbons Specialised GB QEII Catalogue Volume 5 numbers W357 to W360 refer.
Also the Gibbons Concise (2019) catalogue numbers are 1029 to 1032 (four stamps in total).

We mention Stanley Gibbons catalogue numbers where it is possible. These numbers are either from the “Concise Stamp Catalogue” or from the “Specialised Stamp Catalogue Volume 5”. We will try to mention any other numbering that we may use if not covered by the above.. Sometimes particular stamps, or booklets are not recognized anywhere. Hence, in this case, we would use our own expertise to describe and value that item.
In conclusion, all of our stamps are unmounted mint and in an excellent condition. We will mention any variation to this statement.
